One tier per program size, set automatically by your site count. Unlimited team members on every tier — no per-seat charges, no negotiating user counts mid-year.
14-day free trial · Full access · Cancel anytime
All prices in USD. Billed monthly. Site count is the number of programs (facilities) you operate — not the number of team members, who are unlimited on every tier.
Per-site pricing steps down as you grow: $179 for a single site, $159/site on Basic, and $139/site on Pro. Your total always rises with more sites — but the rate per site keeps dropping.
Tiers differ in capacity (sites, documents per month, audit-log retention) and a few power features. Every core compliance feature is on every plan — including Starter.
HVAs, EOPs, QI Plans, Workplace Violence Prevention, Suicide Risk Reduction, ICRAs, and the rest. Generated and signed.
EOC, IC, ligature, fire drill, medication room, records audit, client rights, staff training, EM drills — at the right cadence.
Configurable chart audits with SAFER Matrix scoring, by-clinician views, and saved audit history.
Upload your manuals, run gap analysis against TJC and CARF, and track review cycles.
Every annual plan in one approval-tracked binder with effective dates and signatures.
Visitor sign-in, client belongings, staff training hours, emergency equipment, fridge temps, Q15 observations.
Every customer signs a Business Associate Agreement with UPStandards LLC. No tier gating; not an enterprise-only feature.
Sign in with Google, Microsoft (Entra ID), or email and password. Self-service password reset.
No per-user pricing on any tier. Add as many workforce users as your organization needs.
Create your account, name your organization, and tell us your site count and accreditation track (TJC, CARF, both, or none).
A credit card is required at signup so your account continues uninterrupted when the trial ends. No charge during the trial.
Full access to every feature — Document Builder, rounds, chart audits, policy library, the entire app. Your tier matches your site count automatically.
Cancel anytime — during the trial or after. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Otherwise the subscription begins automatically.
Trial mechanics are governed by Section 4.3 of the Master Services Agreement and the Terms of Service.
Programs grow. Programs sometimes close. The platform handles both without a sales call.
When you add a site that moves you to a higher tier (or stays on Pro), your subscription updates. Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current term.
Example: a 3-site Basic organization adds a fourth site. The plan moves to Pro automatically. Per-site cost drops from $159 to $139.
If removing a site puts you in a lower tier's range, the downgrade generally takes effect at the next renewal. You keep the current tier's features until then.
Reference: MSA §4.4 governs upgrades and downgrades. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period (MSA §4.5).
Yes. A credit card is required at signup so your account is ready to continue uninterrupted when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime — during the trial or after — and if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. No payment-card data is stored by UPStandards.
14 days, with full access to every feature. Per Section 4.3 of the MSA, the trial begins when you first receive access or accept the trial terms. At the end of the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless you've canceled.
Per site. There is no per-user charge — every member of your organization can use the platform under your subscription. Pricing is determined by the number of sites (programs/facilities) you operate.
This matches how behavioral health organizations actually budget. You hire and rotate staff; you don't usually open and close programs at the same rate.
A site is a program or facility your organization operates — for example, an inpatient psychiatric unit, a residential treatment program, a PHP, an IOP, or an outpatient clinic. Each site has its own configuration (level of care, accreditor, location, rounds schedule).
If your organization runs three programs from one address, each program is typically configured as its own site so its standards mapping, rounds, and audits are tracked independently.
Your tier auto-adjusts. If adding a site moves you to a higher tier, the upgrade may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current term (MSA §4.4).
Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal. You keep the current tier's features until then.
All listed prices are per month. The billing cycle, renewal terms, and any special pricing arrangements are stated in the applicable Order Form or checkout flow.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in an Order Form or required by law (MSA §4.5). Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.
Your per-site rate steps down as you add sites. A single site is $179/mo on Starter. At 2–3 sites you're on Basic at $159/site, which adds cross-site reporting and role permissions. At 4+ sites you're on Pro at $139/site, with scheduled reports, priority support, custom onboarding, and unlimited documents.
Your monthly total always rises as you add locations — but the rate per site only ever goes down, so larger programs get the best per-site price.
For organizations that prefer a signed Master Services Agreement over click-through Terms, or that have specific procurement, security, or accreditation requirements that go beyond standard self-serve terms, contact support@upstandards.net. Enterprise Order Forms can address billing cycle, payment terms, data export windows (60–90 days vs. the 30-day standard), and other terms.
Full access. Cancel anytime. No charge if you cancel before the trial ends.
